We use as many local suppliers as possible the best example of which is Millers Butchers also based on Eaves Lane, in fact Roy Miller's father was supplying my Grandfather and the rest of the family from the 1960's onwards.

Our sausage rolls are a real hit with our customers especially the younger generation. It's not surprising when you know that the sausage meat (yes its from Roy Miller) is 65% meat, with no added colouring and he only uses pork shoulder and belly, none of the nasty bits!
